I have been eating spinach, blueberries, oranges, and other fruits and veggies. I really want to get my blood pressure down over the next three weeks so that I can keep losing weight and lowering it.
Regular exercise, even just walking at least 30 minutes a day, eating spinach, drinking pomegranate juice, and REDUCING YOUR SODIUM intake will help you as much as anything. Read the side panels of everything in a package and remember this...processed foods are usually processed with a SIGNIFICANT amount of sodium. The best deal is this: Eat food you cook.
