biggest problem I have, and it happens a lot. I get a load going to xyz shipper. My next load is picking up at the same location, xyz shipper, but they send me an equipment disposition to pick up an mt from xyz and drop it at xyz and then pick up my load.

So I just pick up my load and go on my way. 2 hours later I get asked if I bt'd to the shipper because I didn't send in an equipment disposition LOL.

Lol. I.almost always drop and hook the same place but thats never happened to me. I do have to go thru the whole delivery arrival and departure and pu arrival and departure. I just leave the trl blank but they dont send equipment disp unless i am going somewhere else.

I have occasionally had to drop one night then grab a loaded one the next morning. No parking so i bobtail out. When coming back i was told i needed to bring a trl in. They only do this when theyre low on trls. I had to prove i dropped one the night before. Now i am therebso often they all know me and never question. Heck the port dont even check my id anymore

So what exactly makes me a company driver with a truck payment?

Is it that i run what i want, when i want?

Is it that i decide if a load pays enough to haul?

Mabey its that i am netting more working less than when i ran produce with my own trl paying all my own truck and cargo insurance?

Oh well guess i wont let it bother me too much as i take the next three days off after working four days. Then i will go buy my new truck cause i need a higher payment for my company gig
