Not really you just have to be able to get there when they need you.

 

$22 in LA?!!!! WTF? That's crazy. I applied to this job but they haven't responded to it. I checked my application today and it says "Under consideration". I got a Teamsters job today paying $27 but 100% Medical, Dental and vision for me and the my wife.

The above Airgas position that you posted....is a day-job, loading and unloading gas cylinders.

Think of it like a food-service job--but instead of food on pallets, you'd be loading and unloading gas cylinders.

Personally....I don't think you'd like that job.

With that one--it's very unlikely that you would see/pull a tank trailer.

Yea, loading up cylinders in the morning and delivering them. Probably hard ### work...

 

Having dipped my toes in cryo, ain't no way I'd do it for 22/hr.
26 minimum.
Even then, I probably still wouldn't do it.
Pain to load, pain to unload, thermal burns... No thanks.
Cool aspect was freezing a bottle of water in seconds... That was pretty neat.

 

That pay rate sucks . And I’m sure the micromanagement is considerable

 

I say : DON'T, just don't. I am not going to go into details, but it is as bad as everyone says.

 

That's in Santa Rosa, which is north of San Francisco on US 101 - over 400 miles away from LA.
