The above Airgas position that you posted....is a day-job, loading and unloading gas cylinders.
Think of it like a food-service job--but instead of food on pallets, you'd be loading and unloading gas cylinders.
Personally....I don't think you'd like that job.
With that one--it's very unlikely that you would see/pull a tank trailer.

Having dipped my toes in cryo, ain't no way I'd do it for 22/hr.
26 minimum.
Even then, I probably still wouldn't do it.
Pain to load, pain to unload, thermal burns... No thanks.

That pay rate sucks . And I’m sure the micromanagement is considerable
