    Think Schneider pays 21 now hourly that's bs tell them to add another 10 and ot after 8 40 these companies all need to pay up!

    The position is set at $22 because a guy can be on the clock for 18 hrs or maybe even more on the Nitrogen services department. Its not the typical 10 to 12 hrs per day kind of job. And LA meaning Louisiana not the city in southern cal.

    And more expensive to live. But I guess they meant Louisanna not Los Angles. Anyways, it's too low. I am sure Louisanna is much cheaper to live in then here in Cali but can't be that much. I only have Florida and Massachusetts to compair it to as those are the only other places I lived.

    Just keep in mind what @haz-matguru said above. It's not like you'll be limited to 70 hours ($1540) per week.

    You can get over $20 out here. I saw a sign for $23 at Five Guys the other day.

    I'm pretty sure no retail store nor restaurant will approve overtime for any employees. Yes 20 plus dollars an hour sounds great for a home every night job. But those jobs aren't allowing OT what so ever.
