yes I understand the amount you earn… I’m asking how much you can build up? 10 carried over from prior year, can you keep adding 10 to an already 10, 20 or 30 or so that you did not use each consecutive year?truckdriver31 Thanks this.

As far as Wal-Mart goes it is one of the top 3 driving jobs you can get company driver wise. Some will say 1, or the best, but every job has it's perks. If there is one thing Wal-Mart could do for their drivers is give them better health benefits. Maybe, even pay for them in full. Like any job you go to there's good and bads. For example I get 7 weeks of PTO off year 1. I worked there for a while. Seems now things have blown over and calmed down but the fact of the matter is lots of great people that were there for so long are gone. Not sure what it is like there now, but it seems everyone is happy and drinking the "cool-aid" is that what you call it? Stay safe and keep trucking.
