    Im posting because I want to see what Happens with this ex-manager .. I worked for Werner.. Im not going to dog them but I do know how they are, any who. Good luck an do post we need to see.

    I had nothing negative to say about Werner, other that sliding pay scale is ridiculious! I was going on their regional board, and that sliding pay scale was about to bankrupt me. High end .50 mile for all miles under 100, .38 for all miles under 300, and .29 for all miles over 300. Take a guess what my cents per miles were! Good people to work with but I just needed to make more than they were offering.

    I went to ATDS in Waco Tx. We had a guy in the class that was in the same position you are in. He did his class got his CDL and then went to the sand box for 18 months. He was at school for a 2 day refresher before going to a trucking company. I think it was $395 for a 2 day refresher.
