I don't know what that is either.. (I'm over45) What I do know is,I am on a Verizon Network plan,can plug in to a truck outlet,inverter,whatever,and I cannot tell you of a place in the lower 48 I could not get service..I am sure there are spots,but I haven't been to em yet.
