Yeah, I'm actually surprised that truckers haven't picked up on Planet Fitness yet. It's real simple to join, there's no contract, and if you get the black card memebership, you can visit any one of their outlets, any time you want. I use them in three different cities, plus my hometown. No hassles, no issues about just using the showers, no nothing. You just join on line, pick a home gym, go their and get your card and you're all set. Takes about five minutes on line and you pick up your card the next day.
For example, the one in South Philly is about a mile and a half from the produce terminals, right down Oregon Ave. Those of you that are in and out of So. Philly will know where I'm talking about. 26th and Oregon. There's one of those BJ's warehouse club places there, as well as a Home Despot, so the parking lot is huuuuuuuge! -

www.crossfit.com they post the WOD's every day (workout of the day). If you don't know how to do one, search for it on YouTube. There are ten million coaches out there and I've never not been able to figure out a workout when I tried. Sometimes you have to do substitution, things like swimming and sometimes pull-ups are not easy to accomplish depending on where you're parked but if you're creative you'll figure out something. Sorry for the late reply. I unsubscribe from threads some time and forget to check back with them!

I used to workout every single day when I was a normal 4 wheeler. Now I just curl a couple of dumbbells every now and then and go to sleep. I think the main reason for my lack of exercise is that I do not want to get all amped up before I have to go to sleep. When I wake up in the morning I am ready to drive and do nothing else.

I keep a set of perfect push up do-hickes in the truck, one dumb bell, and a clean mat I can lay down and do sit ups with. I usually do a little work out while I am waiting to load or unload. None of these items take up much space and if you actually use them they make a big difference with staying in shape.
Plus as many have already stated pulling a flat bed helps a lot.
