Just wasn’t a good fit for me. All their loads are one pick and 3 plus drops in the same city in the same day.
They had me on an ltl load to weis in Milton us foods in Pittston and Mclane in Jessup. I started my clock at 0245 and didn’t pull the brake till almost 8 at night. I had to pc out of Mclane to find parking.
The one load I had 3 drops in Baltimore from 6 am till 2pm. Then they wanted to pick up in Virginia for 11pm.
None of the loads I got ever made sense.

I signed up for OTR and they just had more on a northeast regional if you can call it that. A lot Allentown, Baltimore, Virginia and back.
Just not what I signed up for.

    Jarhed1964 and mjd4277 Thank this.

Also I went there for training and the school I think is a joke.
They have students in the truck together driving around doing local work and call it “the buddy system”
To me it was the bling leading the blind.
    Cheap labor.

    Jarhed1964 Thanks this.

Thanks for clarifying. I wouldn't want to drive like that either. If you are working that way you should go to work for an LTL outfit. I'm wondering if their midwest fleet is run the same way? It probably is.

    JForce28 Thanks this.

I’m not sure but the atmosphere in that company is like high school and very unprofessional.

    mjd4277 and Jarhed1964 Thank this.

Didn’t help my “driver manager” was a former recruiter from the company who was put in the position as “driver manager” because they thought she had the “personality” for it.
I miss the days when most dispatchers were former drivers.
