You Mean Black Mountian? on I-40? there is a REASON why the speed limit is 35mph
I saw a Big Truck in one of those emergency ramps on black mountian the other day....lets just say that driver should have changed his clothes BEFORE getting out of his truck

Any road COVERED in ice, i dont mean patches or slick spots. I mean a HOCKEY rink! Thats no fun
other then that, the worst ive seen is I-90 from Missoula, MT over to Tacoma, WA all the way across in a blizzard, with only 8,000lbs in the box, Super Singles, and NO CHAINSNo that was a FUN ride
Although I did learn how to do something REALLY cool with the jake going down a snow/ice covered LONG 6% grade on that trip

Superbowl week 2011 I-40 east of OKC. I had to wait it out in a motel for 3 days since OK had all of 3 their snow plows down on I-35 clearing the roads for the Superbowl... while eastern OK was stuck with 4" of rutted ice on all the roads and heavy snow coming down. Nobody was going anywhere! It was so bad at Henryetta where I was stuck that they were running out of food and fuel, and the snow came down so heavy it took out the canopy over one of the gas station's pumps. Before I got to the motel I saw 4 big rigs and about 10 4 wheelers that all had slid off the ice skating rink they called I-40. I'm from Colorado originally and used to driving in snow. I had never seen anything like that mess... and hope never to again.

Snow & ice just make the day a little more interesting. -
Any southern state not equipped to handle snow and ice. Still remember the Atlanta snow storm last winter that turned I-285 into the world largest Truck Stop. Atlanta did not even try to clean it up
Everyone was told to wait for it to melt.

The Beltway around Wash DC. Of course it's bad no matter what condition. It's the only place I felt nervous.
