Worst mountain?
Would have to be the 400lb gal that picked me up from the bar last week.
She literally picked me up. I didn't go willingly.
She made my go all the way to the top. The air was thin, there was fog and smoke from the fires out west. I picked the wrong gear trying to get down and almost needed to use a ramp. Brakes were so hot my rubber was smokin'! After it was all done, I felt as used and broken as a Swift trainee.

Red Mountain in Colorado, the old Wolf Creek in Colorado, Homestake in Montana in winter, Cabbage in Oregon can be fun, I know there's more.....
-
Homestake? Wow. I always thought that was one of the easiest. 25mph speed limit makes just about any decline a breeze. Just gotta grab the right gear, Jakes on high, stab it once in awhile.
To be honest, I've never been nervous about grades. Why? Because I know what I need to do to get down it and I then I do that. Slow and steady wins the race!
If they were so bad...so dangerous...there'd be a tunnel instead.TRKRSHONEY, Tonythetruckerdude and Sam Hell Thank this. -
I meant in the winter. And it's not 25 going west!!!! Lol!!!
-
Palo Colorado fireroad Big Sur, Ca. 15-20% grades with switchbacks and a cliff of several hundred feet to the valley floor. Barely eight feet wide. I was escorted up by an ATV. Used my lowest gear and had on the axle/differential locks.

This is by far the worst!
