I've never seen a company as bad as this one. The brokers are heartless and talk down to you like you are stupid. They are young brokers with no respect for the trucking companies that make them money by moving freight. They offer the lowest rates and in addition, tell you someone will haul it because they need the money to pay a truck payment. Never in my entire 30 years of owning and operating a transportation business have I've witnessed this horrible disrespectful behavior towards the professional trucking industry. Please, for your own sake, stay away from TQL. Lord forgive them, for they know not what they do.

This is true however I have dealt with tql as well. Horrible company disrespectful and they're brokers are the only brokers I have almost told to eat #### and #### off on the phone. Sad thing is the ones I have talked to deny that their freight is cheap. They have a lot of dirty tricks and this is just yet another thread on them.

When they call me on a Thu or Fri with a load that needs moving I can get $3 a mile from them.

When I call them - tooo cheap.

Don't cut them out totally ... just play it the way they want to play it. They tell you they will get someone and talk down to you, the opportunity will eventually arise where they NEED you and you now have them by the short and curlys. This is when you start the negotiation at a ridiculous rate and if they say no dice, then no big deal. Haven't lost anything. I have capitalized on this a few times.

i've heard there address can be wrong though. i know someone that's hauled a couple of loads. and always gets burned. cuz they're miles away from where the load actually picks or drops.

i've also heard stories how they don't always pay. and they'll make up some excuse not to pay the agreed amount. AFTER you've delivered and billed them.

i've seen enough stgories that i won't even bother calling them. i'm here to make money. not take a chance on getting REAMED in my crack.

You are correct, they are the absolute worst. I have never had messed up loads like the ones they have dealt out. I refused to ever deal with them again. My company has used them on the rare occasion when freight was slow, I told them to not even bother with me!
