Worth a shot?

    Spent almost an hour n half at the interview yesterday, face to face with the owner the whole time. I was given a drug test and will get a job offer pending results (nothing to worry about).

    I guess I'm still on the fence about it mostly because I'm not a fan of change.

    He will tell you anything you want to know. He talked about freight market, old days, what lanes they run. He feels the company makes better financial decisions by buying used tractors cash money as opposed to new trucks with payments. He told me when they have a truck that breaksdown over the road they will go to penske to keep the driver moving until the truck is done.Trucks look maintained, blue beacon washes every 2 weeks, reefer washout whenever u want. Company pays half of health insurance, pays full life insurance, no per diem, paid weekly, etc... All that good stuff. Approx 50 drivers and about 7 office employees.


    Not sure why I'm beating myself up over this.
