I ended up midway through prime orientation when they sent me home because of a 21 to 25 over. This ticket doesn't show up on my record because I'm on court supervision for it. So, after 9 months of good driving it won't exist. I'm also in the military, not like that matters. This ghost ticket is the only thing in my record. Do you think swift would hire me?

Also figured I'd add that prime knew about this ticket the whole time. They just changed their mind i guess.

No. 21-25 over is a MAJOR violation.

If it's not on your record how do they know about it?

But otherwise nobody is touching you.

I think you won't be able to get on even with Swift. Anything above 15+ and it's like you murdered someone. Their insurance won't touch you.

I highly doubt it. They're getting more strict about their policies...

20mph+ is considered criminal and your lucky you had the opportunity to let a civilian court judge you. Trucker_Earl would you hire you? Swift might but answer my question first.

No, you could still get a job if you murdered someone...as long as it wasn't done while behind the wheel.:biggrin_2559:

25+ is a bit much, in fact 15 over still is..... I'd keep on lookin, these insurance companies i tell ya..... I'd love to tell some of 'em to suck on my left one. High & mighty, on their high horses, like nobody can make mistakes. They're disgustingly greedy and I hate em but unfortunately they have a say in the trucking biz, shouldnt be that way but it is
