Nope. See where that chunk is missing from that tread? That means you have less than 2/32nds on that tire at that point, and even that tiny bit CAN be used against you.

 

I can't open your photo but it you think it's bad then sit there will your company puts a new tire on.Its just going to keep shreading to nothing.Like a member said it's your call.

 

Anywhere the tread depth doesnt meet minimum requirements, they can require that tire to be replaced.

 

If it was one of my trucks, we would be changing it out right now.

If you don't and get pulled into a scale and the officer sees it, you might be there for a little longer delay than you originally thought.

 

That gal in that Seymour, Indiana scale would love to see that tire come in there. She was tough.

I'd get that replaced ASAP. Is it loaded? I'd be really afraid to run that with a load on it.
