Tim you really need to prepare yourself for making a scarce amount of money in the beginning you will be frustrated and like most people wonder how it can even be legal but your focus needs to be time in the seat get a year in and then take the next step on the ladder. Start trying to skip to the top and like so many you will fail.

I understand. And will implement that to avoid failure.
P.s. (a brief second in how i think.)
I have to start from bottom right...
    Have to get experience first...
Okay then at least do myself a favor and find the best company to start for...
    And thats where i am...

Sir first I would like to commend you on your Honesty and Candor.. 2nd everyone has made a mistake you obviously have no issues with taking responsibility for that which is far more than most.. While I am not a trucking industry veteran as many of the people in this forum are what I am is a very successful business man. I can tell you that from a business stand point you will need to walk before you run.. What I mean by that is since you have your CDL and NT endorsements you will be much closer to achieving your ultimate goal by finding a smaller carrier that will give you a start. It won't be 6 figures but it will be experience and a paycheck. Which the experience is what is going to get you to the level you desire.. I would not worry about a hazmat as others have said because really you are looking for an opportunity. I would tread carefully with any of the Mega companies and there schools only because the recruiters for these companies are paid to get butts in a seat. While they may say a whole host of things won't be an issue for u to be hired on then you get there and bam they say ur not qualified or they cant over look something and u are sent home plus they very well could report it on your DAC which could quite possibly destroy your carrier in driving before it ever got started..

I wish you all the best in your search. I WILL CLOSE WITH LISTEN VERY CLOSELY TO WHAT THE INDUSTRY VETERANS ON HERE ARE TELLING YOU. They ABSOLUTELY KNOW THIS INDUSTRY and will help you greatly if you listen...

    Glad to hear your viewpoint.
A succesful business man is ultimately what im aspiring to be. I've conducted business since my youth days...I remember selling mangos in my middle school days (lol) to building a team to serve an appartment complex trash service in highschool. I mentioned that to say that i dont mind starting from scratch to build an empire. I will listen closely to avoid routine mistakes. Its very rare to actually find those who dont mind going beyond the surface to take chances. That defines who i am and time will manifest that...

    Thank you wholeheartedly,

    Tim

And in a perfect world Tim you could do exactly that find a nice small company a go to work but I fear your not going to have the option I'm not saying don't try I'm just saying it probably won't happen and beware of anything that sounds to good.

Selling mangos?? reminds me of a speech I heard by one of the Rothschild heirs give about the secrete to his success he said "when I was a boy I lived in the country and could buy apples for 25 cents a piece but I went to school in the city where I could sell them for 50 cents and so on Monday I bought 2 apples for 50 cents and by days end I had a dollar the next day I bought 4 apples with my dollar and bye days end i had 2 dollars then Wednesday my uncle died and left me 114 million dollars.

You relate mistakes to crimes. He was found guilty of the crime, therefor he intended to do it. There was no mistake.
