Generally the idea is good but there will be small details to figure out and see how to solve so you don't have things like that occur. Let me see what we can figure out and what systems can help with this.

Let me work on adjusting. Also the concrete is best but the price is insanely which can't be justified for the price per month being charged. Regardign dumpsters, so if we don't put wouldn't they just litter on the ground?

Here is how it looks after flipped so it's not blindside parking. What do you think of it now?

For the small Bobtails or 25'ers do you see there spaces and it being easy to pull in and out for them? There is substantial room to turn but someone said it may be tight. What's your thoughts?

Yep, I saw them. Looks good.KhalilConstruction Thanks this.

Looking at the shorter parking spots:
Lower left corner of your drawing:
Tail swing will make that corner spot a challenge parking there on a good day. That person's tail swing would also be prone to taking out any fencing along their left side. I would look at taking the very corner spot and moving it to be parallel with the trailer right in front of it. If you swing 3 or 4 around that way you may find an extra spot or 2 there. 4 on one fence and 3 remaining on the other?
Upper left corner of your drawing:
I would look at keeping the lower 3 spots as is, rotate the next couple of spots to be a strait line back/perpendicular to the "fence" then flip the next couple of three to angle the other way so a tail would be stuck in the corner. May be able to add another short spot or 2 parallel to the other trailer there. Kinda a parking cul-de-sac if you will. A couple of parking bumpers along the lines may be a cheap way to help define the parking spots there.
Upper right corner add a couple short spots next to the trailer. May end up loosing the very corner spot if you add 3 so net increase of 2 spots?
To maximize revenue: I would look at adding 2 or 3 short truck spots at the end of the trailer row you just flipped around. One next to the existing short spot there. Then two backing up to those 2, parallel to the last trailer on that line.KhalilConstruction Thanks this. -
yes they will, but they will anyway.
