33,060(??)
33,600(??)
heck no man park it till someone comes and reworks the load....!!!!!!
seriously, that IS NOT over weight.
12,000 steers, legal'
34,000 drives legal
34,000 tandems, legal.
you will burn off some of that fuel and the steers will come down a bit.CrappieJunkie Thanks this. -
12400 steers
33060 drives
33600 tandems
It's only slightly over weight on the steers. It's impossible to move the tandems in any direction to take weight off the steers. If I do the tandems will be overweight. Just wanted to hear what others had to say about this.pattyj Thanks this. -
12k steers is an ideal world scenario but 90% of modem fleet trucks out here today [and heavy] are around 12,500. It's just understood by all. But 500 over on an axle group or gross is iffy
bigguns Thanks this. -
or, you got a sliding 5th wheel? if so, slide that back maybe one slot?Grubby, Grumppy and austinmike Thank this. -

The steer axle weight can mess with you. Truck axle specs, tire specs, and state limits are what really matter.
The 12k rating they tell you in school isn't the golden rule.Bean Jr. Thanks this.
