It's on your PSP and your DAC. Any wreck needing a tow is a DOT recordable accident. Since you obviously needed to be put up right and towed away, that's on everything. There's no getting around it.

Trucking Jobs in 30 seconds
Every month 400 people find a job with the help of TruckersReport.
-
Did you have a Dashcam to record anything?
-
No dash cam. Thanks, I didn't know where it would show up if I was not ticketed for the accident. There was a witness who saw the car, but could not give a description of the vehicle. I gave a description of vehicle. It is in the report that FHP took.
-
Just start applying. Somebody somewhere will here you.
-
If you weren't terminated, you should stay at the company. Because a rollover is an extreme no no and you will have a hell of s time finding a job before it comes off you PSP
-
Got a family to support..........This is my life.
-
I was terminated and how long is it on my PSP
-
It is a DOT reportable, and it WILL BE on your DAC under accidents/incidents.
You might get another job, but I cannot say for sure what company will hire you. You can try any company you wish to apply to, however, be prepared for a rejection or 2, or 3, and so on.
Since someone ran you off the road, and no witnesses, it may be determined you fell asleep at the wheel. This could trigger a sleep test perhaps as well, so be prepared for hearing that.
If someone ran you off the road as you claim, you would have had skid marks, trying to brake. Was/were there any skid marks? The police report "may mention" that as well.
No skid marks? Then you fell asleep at the wheel. At least, in the eyes/minds of some companies, they may conclude that.Tonythetruckerdude Thanks this. -
Being fired says a lot, the company thinks it's your fault.
Are you sure you didn't nano sleep/micro sleep and someone passed you normally, but you woke up scared and ran off the road on your own? -
