Is this true? So it's better to allow some knucklehead to get stuck under your tandems and possible get killed as opposed to rolling your rig? Not trying to be political here, just trying to learn what would have been the correct action on the OP's part. In my book, discretion is the better part of valor so I think you should maintain a safe following distance and simply wait for the knucklehead's next move.

Be honest so the prospective employer knows your word is good.

Typically it's counted as a comprehensive claim, but usually not put on your driving record. It's a surchargeable claim, but not the same as an accident with an other vehicle. I slid on ice and hit a guardrail and screwed up my truck. Insurance went up a little the next year but nothing on my driving record. Pull your record and look.

How do I pull my record?

So you decided to roll the truck instead of holding your lane? You got balls, son!

If you read the thread you would see my super singles caught the soft shoulder and pulled me over. If I had duals on there I wouldn't of rolled.

I'll be honest with ya. I'd rather kill an idiot who causes an accident than roll my rig. Hell yeah! Hold your lane driver! The moment you leave your lane you open yourself up to all kinds of liability!!sherlock510 Thanks this.

If you would have held your lane you wouldn't have rolled.....coulda, woulda, shoulda I guess. Carolina cargo is a second chance company from what I hear. They'd probably hire you.
