Any of you beerhaulers better shy away from this place. It is a distributor for Coors, Millers and whatever else. I took a load of Coors up last week as a favor because a driver up and walked away and the trucking company called me and asked me to help them out. Well, I backed to the dock @6:30am and the man said, "be with you in about 25 minutes". Well some 6 hours later, he finished. Sorry place!!!!!!!!!!

OH, they are in Henrietta, NY

Maybe that's why the driver walked away. This probably wasn't his first or second time and finally had enough of the hurry up and wait game.

There were two drivers there that haul beer out of Canada and they are in there all the time and they said it was the worse place that they go to.

Been to customers like that and use to dread every second of it.Don't know why many times they deliberately take there time.We have laws to prevent us from making money, there should be a law implemented that shps and receivers have a certain amt of time to get us done and out.

That's why I'm glad the loads being delivered to the beverage companies in El Paso get handed off to our local drivers!

Do you get paid detention though? At a place like this send me there. I'll gladly sit for 6 hours and collect $50/hour for detention.

Lincoln industries in Lincoln, NE pulls this type of crap all the time...least they used to. Buddy that works there says they've got it straightened out but I doubt that. I did have a load going to LI got out of delievering it though. Companies tend to give you a different loss when you tell them you'll need $500 in about 3 hours for bail money.

Idk if that's a good idea. Remember what happened in Washington? Although it would be pretty cool. I like the idea of pulling up on the street opening the doors and saying "we've got your freight you can come get it off the street until you decide to quit screwing with us.

The Busch rice mill in Jonesboro is that way they will give you a 6 a.m. appointment to load and wont load you till 6 p.m if your lucky. Detetion Pay doesn't seem to bother them they pay Shag a lot of it. It is so bad if you look on the hopper load boards and there is a load posted in Jonesboro at one of the other mills it will usually say not Busch. The brokers are trying to disguise the Busch loads posting them in Newport then pull the ol switch. We will take 50 an hr sitting any day over ton pay.

I picked up rice in Stuttgart once. Ran out my 14 hours But I sneaked up to the small truckstop up the road at the junction with 40 and took my "break".

I know the place you are talking about pretty well, in Lonoke I believe has a Mcdonalds pretty close. I have run a lot of mill feed out of producers in Stuttgart to Hereford and Muleshoe.
