Write offs?

    52 dollars a day automatic adjustment. you use receipts then its what you come up with. doubt you will reach 20,000. i was out 250 days and came up with i believe 13,000. they use 70% of that number. and that i believe is your taxable income. if youre on your companys per diem plan then youre not supposed to claim 52 dollars a day.

    250 days?I was told as an otr driver your likely to drive 7 days then 1 off and after like 8 weeks you get a few days off.Along with that you might start with 1 weeks vacation plus regular holidays.How come you only drive 250?Thanks for the 70% info too.

    I slip seat so I take more time off. Im usually out for about 2 weeks and in for about 5 or 6 days.
