I wouldn't overthink it. Most fleets have a 45-60 day inspection program. The shops they send equipment to will have a sheet of things to check. Get one if these and copy it. You can change your oil at your preference.

    Gumper and easytopleez33 Thank this.

My 95 W900L doesn't have one either. It's easy to figure out though.

    easytopleez33 Thanks this.

How do you know that the clearances are within acceptable limits?

    Plastiguage does that

Who here as an owner op has done their maintenance plan, and gone through the DOT audit with it? My main goal here is to appease the Gods of the gov't.

    I have...

All I did was start a basic spreadsheet and recorded in sequence everything I did & do on my truck.

Included that along with printed receipts in a file and the auditor was fine with it.

They just want to ensure you're taking care of your equipment.

Do you have a written plan for when to do maintenance, or just record what you have done?

So you Plastiguaged all of your Rod and Main Bearings?
    What was your oil clearance?

No. My "maintenance plan" is the spreadsheet that I started and maintain since my authority was established in 2016.

    Don't over think it ;-)

I didn’t do the work, the shop did. I’ll have to ask when I pick the truck up. It’s been down there almost two weeks. When I stopped by the pan was still off the engine, and the mechanic was putting things back together.

Have you considered a Crank Damper for that Cat? It would certainly smooth it out and if that, Harmonic Balancer that is on there currently, may be no good.
They're kinda pricey, but, money well spent, especially on those E-Cats.
