I agree with that your saying about the company lease and I never mentioned anything about going back to them, I mean there is a million other ones out there, but what I was getting at is I wouldn't want an accident report stating I was at fault when I wasn't. If I am reading this right the wife is the one here who has the spotless record but the husband who was driving will have this accident on his record. I don't see how he wont, it will surface somewhere. I don't know why anyone wouldn't fight it if they weren't at fault and at least try to have it removed.
