wrongful termination ?

    I understand what you are getting at but here is the rub for me, I don't even see the accident being on the husband's record because it doesn't seem to be a moving violation but a parking lot claim. The company took the wrong approach to it simply be terminating the lease and outside of that when everyone seems to jump on the get a lawyer part, there has to be a real reason to go down that road and understand that the outcome may not be good for the driver.

    The other part of this seems to be trying to step around the lease obligation through ... well here it is ... Company we drove for terminated lease, and in the process terminated co-driver (me). I have asked said company if I could lease our truck on with them in my name, hire another driver. Was told no, that I might sneek husband back in the truck which to me means there is a lot more to the story that it being told.
