Only if he has the discipline to play one penny at a time. he'll be alright. But I've got a buddy that goes to Biloxi alot and he plays nothing but penny slots. He plays the max, which can be between $.75 and $1.25 every time he pushes the button. He loses enough that all his rooms and meals are comped. And they beg him to come back every month!

 

Robb, welcome to the thread, the deer whistles only work on the educated deer, I hit one up in Washington and I jumped out of the truck and asked him if he heard the whistle, he said naaaaaaaep.... he did have a heck of a headache after his head went thru my headlight, I don't think they work a previous driver put some on this truck, only one is on here now must have fallen off with the last deer that it hit.. like Walstib said.

 

That and those flimsey bumper ends, what is up with that? No support for those big plastic things hanging out there..

 

Ok guys listen up, here is what I'm going to do, I have dry erase markers and in the morning I'm going to write my mileage down for 600+ miles and when I reach that I will stop and check in.

I have done it one time since I have been here but I need to do it again. I'm in Hathaway Montana and I'm running acrossed 94 tomorrow so I think I can do it. Plus the traffic will be lighter in the cities... it's Saturday.

 

At the TA in Whitsett, NC, 25 miles the wrong way I need to go. Have 7 rolls of paper in the back, almost 42k...this is the closet place to scale before I go over a DOT scale. Going to Oregon, 3k mile trip! Plus gets me close to home for ht on the 22nd!

 

Nice run, where did you pick that up@? Maybe I should ask for one of those loads while I'm out east! I have 44K of stuff that is going to a food place in Maryland.

At Love's about 100 miles from destination, by choice...Not many truck stops once you get off of 81 onto 66 that I could find in directory...Figured I'd sit here today and drive to destination tomorrow afternoon in Alexandria, VA, according to Google maps I can park at the dock with no issue!...Not looking forward to getting into the rush hour traffic in that area when they're done unloading me but it is what it is...

exactly 20 minutes young man. Would have been quicker, but the old guy behind the counter kept talking to me. Sitting in the Lodi Flying J waiting to deliver at 6am. My Xmas bonus run is officially dead now with this load. I will never put my family through this again for a few bucks that I am not gonna get now, from no fault of my own.
