WSE or MCT which is it???

    Comcar wanted MCT's foliage business. Believe it or not back in the 80's they had (and still have to my knowledge) the 1st or 2nd largest foliage transport operation in Florida. When you added in the synergies of WSE and MCT common refrigerated customers it was a no brainer. They simply had to buy out some trust that had been batted back and forth quite a few times by different investment groups. IIRC the covenants from that prevents a total merging of the companies, but it's been a long time since I was there and don't really remember for sure.

    Just read this old thread. MCT was my life back in the late 70's early 80's. Now it's gone
    Originally I drove for FRANCIS NORD out of south st Paul or Newport mn. Most everyone that I worked with must be dead by now. And I just retired
