    Yes, this was back in the 80's, just had to pay Tx 10 bucks to release an accident report to my insurance company.

    get copies of the police report. it is highly possible that any job application will want a copy. but just don't hand them out. only supply a copy to the company that is actually going to hire you.

    otherwise, make several photo copies yourself.

    since this is an accident, you must now jot that down on all applications.

    Not picking on you OP, but this might be the perfect time to evaluate the situation which created the accident. Was there anything that you could have done differently that would have resulted in a different outcome?
