X15 cummins shaking

    I have an x15 performance in a 2019 Pete 567. When under load either from a stop or just bumping gears, from around 1200-1400 RPMs the engine is shaking pretty harsh. I have 166K on it. I have videos of this happening but can't upload them here. The company has had it in the shop. Checked and adjusted the timing and I don't know what else was looked at. I've heard of a couple things that could cause it but can't seem to pin point it. Any help would be great. I can send the videos to you just PM me if you will. Thank you

    Check the air suspension height. I had a similar vibration after I had a transmission rebuild. The shop checked all the driveline components and was all in order, then they checked the air suspension height and it was 1” lower than normal. It was adjusted and the vibration went away.

    I had a debt on a front wheel. When I was a company driver. It caused a lot of vibration. At 55 to 60 mile per hour. But yours is rpm specific.

    So amazing that this helped the issue. It's still there but no where near as bad. So I have to look deeper into the issue. But thank you

    Have you checked the U-joints, carrier bearing and another possible culprit could be the slip through part of the driveshafts…….

    Yes I've looked through all of that. I started this life working on vehicles, so this is driving me crazy. I've looked at all the usual stuff

    Mine is going back to shop for helicopter sounding knock noise around 1500 rpm. There’s a TSB on it.Fuel pump timing..




    …A performance x15 will shake at 1200 rpm in top gears. Too low rpm to run engine. Efficiency yes, performance no.
