Talked to another driver in Omahah last week.
He said he pt his by where the CB goes and it works perfectly.
As for me, the trucks In Dash Radio has it built in, so I called deactivated my Roady and Activated the In Dash. I do prefer my Roady though.

I have seen a number of trucks at my company mount a bracket of some kind to the two screws in the top of the passenger side door.
    Seems to work well.

I drive a 2011 Cascadia and I mounted my stock sirius antenna on top of the passenger side mirror with Velcro so far so good. I routed the wire behind the mirror inside the casing and black zip tied it to the arm. Have been through Blue Beacon hand brush wash couple of storms and it is still holding on. Mounted my wilson 2000 on a perch mount rod of passenger side also.

I know this post is almost a year old but that is a slick idea. I will be looking for something to use, even if I have to cut it down to the size I want.

I am using a little square of 3M two sided tape on the cab just above the top right corner of the passenger door which I'm sure will take off some paint when I remove it in a couple of years.

I have a reception problem when travelling due north, however. Another of our drivers with a right side mount told me he did also.

Yeah, it's a round hole with a square peg and likes to leak. :-/
