my xm contract is up and i'm not sure if i am gonna extend it or go to sirius. i'm just fed up with xm but i have never listened to sirius.

Sirius Roaddog is ok but some of their speakers try adn push that democrat political thing if you can deal with that. The afternoon show has a little too much cussing for my liking to. They do have interesting shows on DAC reports, truck economics, and diet. They also have a trucker music show where they play rock and old tunes like Red Sovine and the like.

Using your logic, if it was not for Marconi, there would be no stern...
There were others doing edgy radio before stern and there will be people doing it after him....
Define "sell out and rip-off" .

I couldn't less about stern but I'm going to sirrius because they carry NPR. Ya, I'm a tree hugger, bite me.
I'm only worried about coverage. My boss has had both and he gets alot better signal with xm. he can even pull in the shop and use it. We can't get radio or cell signals in there but his xm works.
I do like xm's equipment better though.
As for the merger I heard the feds gave em a big ol "no way" -
SIRIUS
For one thing only, FOOTBALL!!!!
OK maybe two, the rest of the stuff they offer -
I already have XM, but Sirrius is better. I chose XM 3 yrs ago because it was cheaper. ($7 a month) However, about a year ago their cost went up to $12. I plan to switch to Sirrus when my XM subscription expires.

Just switched to sirius because of NASCAR and the NFL. I just wish Opie and Anthony were on Sirius. Cause Stern Sucks!!!!!
