Coming from NY I think Stern is over. O&A are good, a few minutes at a time.

The two things that may get me to go with XM plain and simple are Truckin Bozo and Dave Nemo...I plan on getting something soon though

I have XM and love it.... but it really doesnt matter which one you get, you will be happy with it either way, and no FM or AM crappy commercials.... Before to long, they will both have the same stations!

I have never listened to XM so I have nothing to compare but I know I couldnt go without my SIRIUS. When they merge it wont matter much anyhow. Then O&A might get to be on Internet radio if they are lucky

I have heard a couple of things on the merger, one is that both companies balked when it came to the signing and the other was the FTC wont let em.
    Hard to say.

Sirius is MUCH better. Also heard a Rumor that Sirius plans to buy XM in the future, so I guess it doesn't matter which one you get since they will be combined. Not sure how much truth is in that rumor.

I dont believe SIRIUS is purchasing XM, or visa versa. From what I have heard they are just going to merge into one company when and or if the goverment allows it. Somehow they think it is a monopoly.
Honestly I am just happy there is something like Satalite radio out. I dont know what I did before buying my Sirius unit. Ran though a lot of tapes and CD's when I joined the new age of technology. Yes I am even old enough to have owned 8-track's and records. There was nothing like listening to all the white noise crackling on Steve Martins Wild and Crazy guy.

I dont know what he's going to be on but Phil Hendrie starts up again June 25.

His show used to be so funny, but I think he's going for a different format this time around and I have my doubts whether or not it will be any good.

All I know is I used to drive my car and was excited when I was flipping through the dial and found his show.
