Did you get an in-dash unit or a portable unit?

I prefer portable because it shows whats on before sound starts coming, so I can flip thru the music channels for a band I like.

Sirius because of NASCAR. A few more months after the merger and it won't make a difference.

Thanks for the info Cybergal, I was not aware of this merger at all. I do not currently have satellite radio and was wondering which one was better. In the stores they still have both on the shelves, but I am guessing that soon there will be a new unit that will advertise that it picks up all the channels.

    Cybergal Thanks this.

Hi all. I know a lot of truckers are using Sirius and XM satellite radios and I'm trying to decide which one to buy. I know they are merged now but I see they still have different channel line ups. Just wanted to get some collective opinions on them. Basically, which has the better channel line up and why? I like to here from some drivers that are familiar with programming they offer on different channels.
