    A co-worker of mine has XM radio. He said that when his subscription renewal came due. He called XM up and told them he wanted to cancel his subscription. So they offered him a lower price. Guess that's one way to save money. He also does that with his cable company...lol

    Thats a good idea. I think they charge too much for the low sound quality it has. Could buy 5 or 6 digital albums on sale a month and build good quality library instead.

    yea recently bought a new car that came with few months free xm. Well they kept mailing me stuff n trying to get me to renew it but they wanted more then showed on there website.. 2days before my trial was up they emailed me a code where I pay $5.xx a month for 6 months and get all the channels!! Also said same thing call back when it's time to renew n they will usually give u discount instead of paying they $15-20 a month

    One thing I found using satellite radio in a truck is that in mountains the signal often went away.
    Heavy tree overhang would do it too. Not so much trouble in my pickup truck around Houston...
