Hello all I’m scheduled to talk to a xpo recruiter tomorrow, and I just want to get a lil bit of insight of the work environment of the company. All answers are helpful! I will be working out the St. Louis terminal if that helps

I’m out of the Fargo barn. XPO has been pretty good to work for so far, I’ve only been there a month so I’m still on the honey moon phase I guess.
I’ve gotten all the hours and then some that was promised to me. It’s a bit of a learning curve, especially working with the hand held computer. At least it was for me.
ask lots of questions, and be completely honest with answers and you should be ok. -
I did linehaul in New Jersey. Overall it was a very positive experience. Training was good, and the experienced drivers were happy to help a newbie, so I didn't feel completely on my own once I started running solo.

From what I've been told by @upnorthwpg, you gotta be comfortable with dock work
upnorthwpg Thanks this. -
Are you guys getting a full 40 hour plus work week in LTL right now? I had a phone screening with XPO today but didn't get that question answered.

This is where all your XPO questions will be answered -

Decent pay/benefits but they’ve only one driver position so you can be bumped from City to Line or vice-versa. Lots of dockwork too.
