    I don't really understand how they operate. I know they have trucks and do ltl but they also have a #### ton of Cuban sub contractors running straight trucks with magnets on the doors doing furniture delivery.

    I used to deliver to a Conway terminal and it seemed like a pretty nice place with happy people. I'm guessing XPO put a end to that?
