If its in your sons truck, and hes the on duty driver, then it is his responsibility to make sure the load is safe and secure. When the tuck is loaded if its not correct, then is the time for the driver to have the shipper repackage for safe shipping, or tell them to get it out of your truck. Once your on the road its your baby.
Yeah, first ticket

Like speeding tickets, that strat out with I was only 3 miles over, well you were over not under, shut up pay the fine and move on. If you cant afford the fine then slowdown. -
Alot of companies now track the truck and the movement on the qualcomm. It went off. Truck has to be parked. What choice is now available.
It does not cover any and all times. -
Find a industrial park, grocery store. I pull double so parking is even more difficult, Grocery stores work well.

Disregarding an offical traffic device is a moving violation. I got one last November for missing a sign that was hidden by a piece of construction equipment. Went to the town hall the next day and paid my $50 fine with my credit card that way I have the credit card company to back me up on the fact that it was paid, kept the sign credit card reciept and the reciept from the city hall. I was mad that I got the ticket and the placement of the sign, but I was in the wrong and I got a ticket for it.

Signs in the grocery parking lots, no parking. Besides, the truck cannot move any further than in the parking lot.
Some companies do not allow the option of stretching a logbook to suit the need of where to park. -

Well, my son called the court this afternoon and the fine is only $185.00 and it won't affect his driving record. But the bad news is that on this past Tuesday, his boss called him at home and told him that he is not needed anymore. WTF?
Tomorrow after he goes to court to pay the fine, he is going to speak to a lawyer. Something sound fishy. Doesn't it? -
Nothing fishy,he was expendable.
Most likely there are other instances involving his job performance
that supported the companies justification in his termination.

Try that on the shoulder in front of the pilot across the street in Bloomsbury NJ LOL. I watch them issue tickets every day because they are familar with that trick.
