    Sure, you and I know the difference but do new drivers know? I would have never thought to look at a company that hauls its own product when I started back in the 70's. I have found any company which does not rely on the trucks for income has a much better driving position that one that does. It doesn't matter what the product is.

    Honestly it makes sense I just never thought to look into compqnies w their own trans division. I did look into Tyson but at the moment they're not hiring out of PA... at least not SWPA.
