I'll be in KC Monday on the way to Chicago. Heard good things about the Joliet yard, Shop as well as the office staff. So far I think the Fontana shower is the worst I have seen. Only one in the place and it gets used.
Hey what's going? I'm new to the forum and i'm just trying to get more recent info on kr Any body that works there if you could plz pass some knowledge on this way I would defenetly appreciate it very much. i'm not new to the Game been driving for 7+yrs just trying to find a better fit For my fam and I.
Knight is not a good company to work for. They are not driver friendly. Most of their operations staff are rookies themselves. IMO
And your opinon is based on what? Did you ever work for them? Or are you just using the old my freinds, dads, cousin, grandpa worked for them rule?
Well I think he's an o/o at knight. If your lease purchasing for the most part I think you will find out its not the best idea. Not desrespecting anyone, butI did the lease thing with central ref . And well not the best times. Lease or lease purchases only benefit the Co. your just a Co driver with a big ### truckpayment. But that's a mistake I will never make again. So anything else from knight ref.?
Yea I worked for that bottom feeder good for nothing so called wanna be trucking company knight. They are a joke! I am a part of the owner operator mafia but not for knight transport. They straight up all jokes aside no holds barred suck! Flat out suck! The biggest mistake and waste of time ever! I run as an independent contractor fyi.
There's always going to be someone to come along and ruin the good vibe. So how about some reasons why they suck. Every company has it issues, someone with your experience level certainly knows that by now.
Aah, you know how it goes. Knight has around 3000 plus drivers, and there are 4 or 5 who come on here, and constantly ##### about the company. Same for most of the other large companies. Knight has good points and bad points, just like most of the other 6 companies I have driven for in my time out here on the road. I'm still with them after 4 years, if that says anything. Yeah, I still think about quitting them every week or so, then I remember my other driving jobs, and think, "Eh, 6 of one, half dozen of another."
I noticed input about Knight terminals in midwest and the east. Any input on the Las Vegas yard? Is it "average to above avg." What services, if any, does it have for drivers/trucks? Thanks.
