Yet another newbie...

I've spent the past few months browsing the site and have found more information than I've known what to do with at times, but I guess that's what they created bookmarks for! From the information I've been able to gather, I've pretty much narrowed down which school I plan on going to and have a few companies that I'd really like to work for after graduation. Always have a backup plan, right?

I know that this industry isn't a walk in the park and that I'll need to work my way from the bottom, but I'm not afraid of a little hard work. Also, I figured it wouldn't hurt to take this leap while I don't have a wife or kids to worry about.

Thanks for reading my introduction. I hope one day to be able to contribute even a fraction of what I've already learned from all the wonderful people here!
