Since you are a self reported expert on pay and training. What is Swift's pay structure and training curriculum? And what would you do differently?
Mill--.26 cpm--training is basic--need more time with mentor--they need more classroom time. Never said I was an expert but tell me why is Swift always dealing with this situations?
Is Swift to blame? In a way yes, they turn drivers loose with minimal experience. However, the real blame needs to go to the driver and nobody else. We've all been "new" at some point. Hell in comparison to some alot of us are still "new". A responsible driver reads signs no matter how long he/she has been rolling.
