    Dude the thread is called another Swift move I don't need to own my own business to know Swift pays low wages to undertrained students besides Im a #### good driver FYI. Besides what's the point your trying to make?

    I knew then scales very well they shut me down for 8 hours twice in two weeks

    Mill--.26 cpm--training is basic--need more time with mentor--they need more classroom time. Never said I was an expert but tell me why is Swift always dealing with this situations?

    They pay .41 under 300 miles but we all know those are experienced drivers.

    Is Swift to blame? In a way yes, they turn drivers loose with minimal experience. However, the real blame needs to go to the driver and nobody else. We've all been "new" at some point. Hell in comparison to some alot of us are still "new". A responsible driver reads signs no matter how long he/she has been rolling.
