That scene is the same picture I saw the last time I was at a Wal Mart DC. A lot of trucks wandering aimlessly with flashers on.

Kind of like a CR England terminal.

Leave England alone. They take enough crap. They are no better then the rest of the mega carriers.

Besides this is a thread about another Swift recruit.

I've been backed into twice since going OTR, both times by CRE. First time was a rookie on his first solo trip. He clipped the corner of my nose and did about 5k worth of body damage. That was around Shreveport. The second was a trainer with his trainee outside of Atlanta. Wedged the corner of his trailer at a 45 degree angle right in the center of my trailer on the drivers side. Had a trailer load of paint dye, which meant every full grown in that part of the state showed up. It looked like a smokey bear hat convention. Sad part was that is was actually the trainer driving. But both were my fault. I was wrong in thinking that if I put my truck perfectly inbetween two long lines in a parking lot full of other trucks that I would be safe. I should have known better. It worked out and I'm a better driver now that I learned my lesson.

And you are correct about it being a Swift thread. My apologies. To make up for it, I will go to a CRE thread and say something negative about Swift to make up for it. It all will even out in the end and we can sleep better this evening.

Ps- you were right shamrock. Thank god for CRE. Look at how long I have entertained myself with them. LOL.

    Bigdubber Thanks this.

Now let me give my honest disclaimer here. CR England drivers are just as good AND just as bad as the rest of us out here. I am by no means trying to single out any individual drivers. When we laugh at CR England, USXpress, Schnieder, or any other company for that matter, it's at the company's expense, not the driver who is just out to make an honest living like the rest of us. So I salute each individual who, along with myself, put up with all the bull-poop that each of our companies throw at us every day and still, in spite of it, move everything that this country of ours depends on to live with the standards we have set for ourselves.

Oh, and here's to you, too, Werner. Just when I witness CRE doing something that makes me laugh, you come along and make me laugh a little bit harder, so a special thanks to you! Especially the one standing in his cab with nothing on but tighty-whitey's and an open curtain directly across from me at this moment.

    Bigdubber and ShamrockSalono Thank this.

I agree, Jakaby. We are all out here trying to make it. I already know I will have plenty of bonehead/rookie moments, and expect it to bring a chuckle to someone's day. I also know that others will do the same to brighten my day as well.

    Jakaby Thanks this.

Shed, look forward to seeing you. Just make sure you have all your stuff taken care of. We lost about five people the first day. Also come ready to learn, quickly. Other than that, relax and have fun, it's actually been a great experience so far. Oh, btw, you will be staying in a very nice hotel. We were stayin in a real #### hole when when we got here last week. Good luck.
