Wild, good to hear you're having fun out there. Hope u guys got to make your delivery. Yeah it's the last week, and I am so ready to test out. I passed pre trip Friday, and then passed skills today. All I have left is the road test. My test date is scheduled for next Thursday, the 21st. God willing I will pass it and make it out with a mentor. Stay safe out there brother.

Doc, I'm not sure yet? I do know it will be between Richmond and Greer, S.C. I think I'm a little closer to Greer, and I was also thinking of going flatbed as well, which Greer is a terminal for anyway. I guess I will have to wait and see. Either way, maybe we will cross paths sooner or later. Hope things are going well your way, and stay safe man.

If you have the back and don't mind getting dirty, go flatbed. I'm too old to do it myself, so maybe I can live vicariously through your career. I've always said that flat-bedders get all the chicks. Lucky bastids. They get all the chicks and I'm the one who drives naked all day in vain.

Besides, if you choose flatbed, chances are that you won't end up with one of the butt-clowns that have been training Doc on dry vans.

Btw- congrats on passing this far and good luck on your road test.

Im in Atlanta right now, and no sooner than 10 minutes after I read this post did I get a load going to Laredo. I just got over my last trip. I made the mistake of eating a burrito from a roach-coach and it gave me the squirts for 3 days afterwards. Thanks Shamrock, I think you jinxed me.

No more roach coach for me. I just bought the burrito because I was busy flirting with the little seƱorita who was selling them. She looked like Penelope Cruz. I could tell that she was digging me. Goofy looking rednecks with thick Mississippi accents are just her type. It was love at first sight

Now that I'm going back, I can tell her how she really feels about me. Wish me luck!

Fyi Greer is no longer a flatbed terminal as of two weeks or so ago. Not sure why though

    Shed527 and ShamrockSalono Thank this.

Swift's left hand rarely knows what the right hand is up to! Been trying to keep up for just over 8 years and still enjoy watching the office action!

    ShamrockSalono Thanks this.
