    is this two week course a condensed course? After looking over my schedule I can see where my class could possibly shed a day or two, but I don't know about a weeks worth lol. Just kind of curious I would of loved to not be here in Phoenix for 19 days or so.

    when I went thru it in 04 the students that went to phx did a class on general truck upkeep (chaining, light replace, stuff like that) not sure how its done now I went thru troutdale for school then when I made it to phx I had to take the "extra" class while there. It was kinda nice they gave you a tool box with general repair items and tools.

    I wouldn't say that ! Students on my truck sometimes have way way too much fun.. In response to mentor being the worst part since it did not qoute it

    From what I understood from the recruiter, it is two weeks of class and range. Then we go with a trainer for the third week within our home state to drive, and then to take our state CDL. So we are only at the training site for two weeks.

    Bluebonn, I guess everyone has a different experience. I just read about a guy on here with a Swift mentor that left the truck because the mentor was treating him like #### because of personal problems with his bank!? I don't have a problem with someone being firm and trying to teach me, but treat me like a man and I will do the same in return. You treat people the way you want to be treated, otherwise you may lose teeth.
