We’re not talking about natural born citizens..keep spinning it..we’re talking about folks with no legal status to even have a cdl much less even be here in this country..like what was stated is illegal means illegal..you can spin it 1000 ways but the fact still stands illegal means illegal..

Can’t wait for the first major winter road closure when all of the foreigners get stuck on the goat paths trying to follow the directions their dispatcher in Krapistan is giving them to get around the closure. Should make for some interesting reading now that there’s emphasis on ELP and non-domicile CDL enforcement.
hope not dumb twucker and drvrtech77 Thank this. -
No legal status, except what was granted to them upon application, then suddenly revoked. 100% legal on July 31, 0% legal on August 1 with no notice isn't due process.
I agree that illegal means illegal, until the definition of illegal changes - at which point things get complicated. -
Definition of illegal doesn’t change it only changes when certain people try to change it to suit their views…

Not citizens, but people with legal status of employment. TPS, DACA, or many other programs gave people legal rights to live an work in the USA. Suddenly, without any notice that right to live and work in the USA was revoked. Say tomorrow the government revoked your right to work, how long would it take you to A) notice and B) self deport? What if the guidelines and timeline was more vague?
A lot of the Oklahoma arrests are for people who thought the were complying with the law, and are in compliance with the law. However being arrested for immigration violations is enough to validate deportation, despite 100% compliance with immigration law.
"It's okay to immigrate as long as you follow the law"
"Following the law changed, now you're illegal as $$$$". -
Sure it does. See the "emergency change" in non-domiciled cdls. What was legal won't be in 60 days, unless Oklahoma decides to enforce the change sooner.

The conflating of facts to suit the narrative doesn't change anything.
Not a citizen? You have no right to a CDL, a job or anything. Except that which is currently held in belief to be a human right. But please continue to carry water, it is entertaining.Opus, hope not dumb twucker, wulfman75 and 2 others Thank this. -
“It actually surprised me, to be honest with you, how bad of problem this is,” said Kozak. “The ratio of unlicensed drivers was unbelievable to me.”
