If your delivery is late in the evening, your best bet is the Petro in Carlisle, PA at I-81, X52, as it usually always has spaces open to park even late at night. If it is earlier in the day, then the Pilot, Wilco-Hess, and TA at I-81, X71 are also a good options.

From I 83 and Hwy 30 intersection. If you travel west to the end of town on 30 about 4 miles there is a Rutters with about 15 truck parking spots. No problem finding parking before 5 p.m. If you run 30 east for about 10 miles, there is a Rutters Diesel sign on the right with about 8 parking spots and pay no attention to the "no overnight parking" I have done it many times.
I'll be up there tomorrow with 2 flatbeds.

Lord knows I HATE givin away hidey holes--But Im in a giving mood--LOL
83 south #22--also marked for 30 west--(original rutters farm on your right)bottom of ramp--make a hard right--just past rutters farm--at end of street (t-intersection)there is a Rutter farm store w/diesel pumps and large pkg lot just before store--quiet--no one will bother you--dont know where you are delivering--but it is actually on the TRAIL which runs along side 83 and crosses back up at Giant(c&s-es3)
    There a a few others--BUT--gotta keep something for myself--LOL

If you are coming up I-81 get off exit 315 and run VA 7 east for about 7-8 miles and get on US340 NE. In maybe 10 miles 340 exits off to the right in Charlestown.

You'll cross the Potomac River. Bridge says a restricted weight but hundreds of trucks cross it everyday. I even crossed it with a MD cop sitting on the far side and they don't care. I've run that route a bunch.

Then in about 15 miles you'll come to Frederick MD. There get on US15 N. Run 15 up to Gettysburg where you catch US 30 E into York. Right as you hit the divided highway coming into York you'll see the Rutters at the next light on the left. It says 30 minute parking but they park there all night. Most of the industrial is right there and I bet you'll deliver close.

You'll save an easy 20-30 miles going that route.

Rutters-I-83, Exit 32, Old trail Rd. Parking for around 5, 8 when they get creative.....Best bet is only if you get there early afternoon.

Rutters, I-83, Exit 22, Down to US 30 if you're heading south, Exit 21B if you're heading north, west on 30 for a couple of miles to South Salem Church Rd. It will be on your right. Parking for around 15. Again, a couple more when drivers get creative....Best bet is no later than late afternoon, early evening

I-83 Diner I-83, Strinestown, Exit 28 onto Susquehanna Trail Rd, less than a half mile off the interstate. Parking for around 40. Go in, buy a meal, spend 10 bucks. Park for 10 hours. Get in before nightfall.

Largest parking area close to York: I-81, Exit 77, Linglestown Rd, 6-7 miles northeast from 1-83. T/A, Wilco-Hess, Pilot (Only has about 15 spaces)

Next largest: Carlisle off of I-81, Exit 52, 16-17 miles west of York via I-76 to I-83, Flying J, Petro, Loves.
