If you think the government truly cares how many die then you are mistaken, this all about control.
480,000 a year die from smoking, but you can buy any type of tobacco you like as long as you pay the tax.
Oddly enough, no one is dying from the flu anymore, just COVID. Think about that and the manipulation from the media

 

I don't think many died before from the flu. Only if it went into Pneamonia. Typically, just like Covid, respiratory problems usually take out the older people.

 

Every 12 seconds someone has died in the United States over the past decade.

 

In 2008 the H1n1 flu killed 60,000 in the US of all ages, but mostly elderly I read. But we didn't shut down the economy over it.

 

We have had almost three times that number die already. 156,000. The after affects of H1 was nothing compared to Covid 19.

This is a real problem. Local drivers with CDL A's are still being paid $18-20. This is ridiculous. The rate should be $25 minimum, but we have no union. Some will take the cut just to be home daily.
