Linkedin has to be the worst job site on earth. I never have, and never will hire anyone from it.
If an employer does nedd to hire someone, throw an ad on craigslist...you will get 100 replies of which 90 are idiots, 6 so so, and 4 great ones...now do your part and sort through them it takes just seconds per reply to read enough to know if they are worth reading the entire response and calling them.

This is how I look at it. And it's not meant to be a smart aleck.
    Here's my story.

Using credit isn't what will break you.

Having a truck that spends more time in the shop then working. THAT'll break you.
If you can't afford it. You're not making enough money. Either due to breakdowns, or low rates.

    Let's be realistic.

Nobody is going to be driving around with their bank account in their wallet.
    Exception to the o/o's though.

But companies. Need to pay for repairs somehow. They're certainly not going to give their drivers cash for breakdowns.
Most don't even give them a few comchecks.
They pay with their credit cards.

I went down that going broke road once. Truck had an electrical issue that no one could figure out. Spent $15g in 2 months for road calls and shops. I didn't have credit at that time. It all came out of my checking account.

Truck wash boys washed the engine. And the truck acted up. They found the problem. And fixed it. FOR FREE. Truck never broke down after that.
