the carrier's insurance is necessary to be in business and covers the public liability for damges done by any of the fleets trucks. Individual driver's names won't be on the policy declaration page...that's your answer.

    Timmy Fran Thanks this.

Many people do......and that's why people screw up. They want instant gratification, and there is none of that in this industry. First things first, young man, you better learn to see things how they are and not how you want them to be. Trucking is very expensive industry, and you have very little room for error. If you really want to play it safe, spend the money and get your 160 hrs at a reputable school

npok and Timmy Fran Thank this.

If you don't want to entirely play it safe, there ain't going to be any room for you in this industry. You will not last long. I'm not saying this to be a douche, but I'm saying this having been in this industry almost a decade. Guys who have been in it longer will tell you this and then some. You're impatience will derail a trucking career so fast.

No bro. You don't learn to drive a truck in a couple years. All you did was learn how to make it go forward and backwards. It's not like driving a car. You're attitude screams that you're not ready.

Really, is there anyone that wants to help someone learn how to hopscotch past the industry arbitration norms? I don’t need them, I discipline myself.
