    That would be awsome!

The only problem is @johndeere4020 , ol truckdad is basically a badazz and a legend in my book, so if we sat down with him JD, hed never leave because i would be askin to many questions and wanting to hear all the stories from the old days.

@truckdad , if by chance you EVER do get out this way, im buyin the steaks and adult beverages!!!

One of the other way I hear to expand or contract the expando trailers from Cozad and Murry is to hook to the trailer, flip the switch and roll the trailer. Murry does seem to expand easiest. I've been to the factory in CA and spoke to the owner. got the tour. Trailers are light, low deck, trunion axle trailers and..... wait for it...............

Expensive.. The Professional is about 110K + for one of their trailers
I forgot how much the professional Plus is. Something like 120k  This is a trunion trailer with an additional axle giving you the ability to run states that downgrade the trunion axles.

  4. it looks great just take your time with your grout selection have two or three big yellow sponges and 5 gallon bucket of clean water.

I can arrange transpo for @truckdad when weather is better and I get the Pete all ready to roll again. getting him East shouldn't be any issue at all. Once a trucker always a trucker.

Liddell makes a 45 ton tri axle rgn with a pierced main beam like a step deck has can't rember the exact wt. but its light. They build stout trailers Fontaine bought them out years ago and copied every design they had.

Or maybe Berkshire Hathaway bought them, which owns Fontaine. They are both made in springville, al. They look like they are still makeing Liddell branded trailers. At least they still have a website

Oh ok, their site says they belong to loadcraft industries, I know Fontaine is a Berkshire Hathaway company I don't think they're related.
